Coming up on my Bandiversary

This Friday marks 1 year since I got my lap-band.

I can't believe it's been a year! So many things have changed...... I'll have to start now on my giant list, so I can post it all on Friday!!

    I can't wait to hear it, because you've KICKED ASS this year. 145 lbs in one year????? I think that might be a record!
